The California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress, or (CAASPP), is the test given to students in grades 3-8 and 11 in the subjects of language arts and mathematics. In addition, 5th and 8th grade students will also take the California Science Test (CAST), which is an online assessment based on the California Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).

Oak View’s testing window this year is from Tuesday, April 26, to Friday, May 20, 2022. Each teacher will set the exact dates and times for each of their grade-level tests within this time frame.
